Get Prepared for Your Telehealth Visit

We understand that for health and convenience, telehealth visits with your provider are more important than ever. To ensure a smooth and productive visit with your provider, select your device and then follow the steps to prepare for your telehealth visit.

iPhone Android Desktop

iPhone Users

  1. Call our office to schedule a visit just like you would if you were coming into the office (406) 586-7873. 
  2. Download and install the Telehealth app
Download the iPhone App
  1. Watch this brief video which explains how to activate and use the Telehealth app for your upcoming visit.
  2. Alternatively (or in addition), please feel free to download the Pocket Patient for iPhone written instructions.
  3. Immediately before your visit, you will receive a notification email and a text that will instruct you that your visit with the provider is about to begin. Login to the Pocket Patient App on your mobile device to join your video visit. 

*Please be sure to use the same email address that you regularly use in your communication with Pure Dermatology.

Android Users
