You can also pay for our services with your Health Spending Account, Health Reimbursement Account or Flex Plan dollars. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is important to our professional relationship. Our office is happy to discuss our professional fees with you at any time.

We accept all patients regardless of their medical insurance coverage.  Our fees are very reasonable and, in most instances, equivalent to BCBS allowables.

The majority of insurance companies reimburse Out-of Network Provider charges at greater than 60%.  We encourage you to contact your insurance company before your visit for further information, so that you fully understand your particular policy as is pertains to Out-of-Network visits.

Unfortunately, Medicare does not allow any reimbursement for visits to Out-of-Network Providers. Please note that pathology, when required, will be billed as a separate Pathology Fee.

We will do our best to answer any questions that you might have to help you successfully submit your insurance claims.
