All of the procedures occur under the supervision of Dr. Mann and Dr. Culver. The Pure Dermatology team of skin care specialists work closely with Dr. Mann and Dr. Culver to create customized skin care programs that help patients achieve and maintain positive results.
COSMETIC CANCELLATION POLICY
This notice describes our cancellation policy. Please read it carefully.
Your care is our number one priority. We thoughtfully set aside your appointment time. No shows, late cancellations, late reschedules and arrivals prevent us from being able to spend this time with you or another waiting patient.
A credit card on file will be required to schedule your cosmetic appointment. In addition, a deposit based upon appointment type is required for most cosmetic treatments at the time of scheduling. This deposit is applied to the cost of the procedure. Cancellation or reschedule requests are required 48 hours prior. In the event of a non-emergent late cancel, late reschedule or no show, the deposit is forfeited. For cosmetic treatments where a deposit is not taken at the time of scheduling, a $75.00 no show fee will be charged to the card on file.
We value your time. As unpredictable events may occur during patient care, our providers on occasion may run behind. Any patient that is inconvenienced is asked to contact the administrator, so the practice has the privilege to rectify the situation.
