Teresa Mann, MD, FAAD
Teresa Mann, MD, FAAD is board certified in dermatology and founded the Pure Dermatology practice in 2013 with the intent of providing best-in-class skin care to patients in Southwest Montana.
Dr. Mann graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Zoology in 1992. She attended the University of Washington School of Medicine from 1993 – 1997, where she graduated with honors. She completed her internship in 1998 at Virginia Mason Medical Center and then completed her three- year dermatology residency training at the University of Washington. In 2001, after serving as Chief Resident in Dermatology at the University of Washington, Dr. Mann moved to Bozeman, Montana to begin practicing.
Along with complex medical and surgical dermatology, Dr. Mann has expertise and interest in the repair of aging and photo-damaged skin.
Ashlee Culver, MD, FAAD
Ashlee Culver, MD graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2014 with a B.S. in Physiology and a minor in Spanish. Dr. Culver attended Texas A&M Health Science Center, College of Medicine from 2015-2019, where she was elected to the Gold Humanism Honor Society and the AOA Honor Society.
She completed her dermatology residency at University of Texas Health San Antonio, where she served as chief resident.
Dr. Culver is a board-certified dermatologist who moved to Bozeman, Montana in the summer of 2023 to begin practicing with Pure Dermatology.
Christopher Crowley, MD, PhD, FAAD
Dr. Crowley is a Helena native whose roots—and passion for serving Montanans—run deep. A dedicated medical dermatologist, he provides comprehensive care for both adults and children, bringing a thoughtful, experienced, and evidence-based approach to every patient he sees.
After graduating from Montana State University in 2001, Dr. Crowley earned his combined M.D. and Ph.D. from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA in 2012. He completed a transitional internship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center followed by a dermatology residency at UC San Diego. He spent several years practicing in Southern California before returning home to Montana in 2022 to serve the community that shaped him.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Crowley enjoys Montana’s wide-open spaces with his family—often hiking, exploring, and embracing the slower rhythms of life outdoors.
Laura Pace, PA-C, MPAS
Laura Pace joined Pure Dermatology with a wealth of experience. For 10 years, she was a Family Practice Physician Assistant in Salt Lake City, Utah and for the three years prior to joining the Pure Dermatology medical team, she specialized in complex dermatology at the George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Laura completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia, with a BS in Ecology and pursued graduate studies in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Georgia and University of Virginia Health Systems. She later graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at University of Utah in 2007.
Kristen Nelson, MSN, BSN, APRN, CANS
Kristen completed her undergraduate degree at South Dakota State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006 and began practicing in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Rapid City Regional Hospital. In 2012, she completed her Masters of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from South Dakota State University.
She is a Certified Nurse Practitioner that specializes in aesthetic treatments, including; Broad Band Light laser treatment of pigmented and vascular lesions, acne, and skin tightening, non-invasive fat reduction with Coolsculpting, neurotoxin injections, Ultherapy, Microneedling and some general dermatology. Kristen is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Dermatology Nurses Association, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, Inc.® Kristen has always had a heart for helping and this shows in all areas of her life. She loves being able to connect to her patients and support the beauty that lies within all of us.
Martha Galli, PA-C
Martha Galli joined Pure Dermatology from Mission Dermatology Center in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Ohio, with a BS in Exercise Physiology. She graduated with an MS from Marietta College Physician Assistant Studies program.
Martha specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology, and loves working with patients to make them look and feel like the best versions of themselves with customized laser treatments, neurotoxins and facial fillers.
