Teresa Mann, MD, FAAD
Teresa Mann, MD, FAAD is board certified in dermatology and founded the Pure Dermatology practice in 2013 with the intent of providing best-in-class skin care to patients in Southwest Montana.
Dr. Mann graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Zoology in 1992. She attended the University of Washington School of Medicine from 1993 – 1997, where she graduated with honors. She completed her internship in 1998 at Virginia Mason Medical Center and then completed her three- year dermatology residency training at the University of Washington. In 2001, after serving as Chief Resident in Dermatology at the University of Washington, Dr. Mann moved to Bozeman, Montana to begin practicing.
Along with complex medical and surgical dermatology, Dr. Mann has expertise and interest in the repair of aging and photo-damaged skin.
Ashlee Culver, MD, FAAD
Ashlee Culver, MD graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2014 with a B.S. in Physiology and a minor in Spanish. Dr. Culver attended Texas A&M Health Science Center, College of Medicine from 2015-2019, where she was elected to the Gold Humanism Honor Society and the AOA Honor Society.
She completed her dermatology residency at University of Texas Health San Antonio, where she served as chief resident.
Dr. Culver is a board-certified dermatologist who moved to Bozeman, Montana in the summer of 2023 to begin practicing with Pure Dermatology.
Elizabeth Ansley, PA-C
Elizabeth Ansley graduated from Montana State University with a B.S. in Psychology and a Master’s of Science in Psychology. She completed Physician Assistant training at Idaho State University in 2010. Elizabeth is a Certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and completed focused training in medical dermatology.
Elizabeth works as a part of a tight-knit medical dermatology team dedicated to quality patient care and focused on the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions. Elizabeth is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She has been with Pure Dermatology since 2014. Elizabeth is particularly passionate about the treatment of acne, rosacea and atopic dermatitis (eczema). She offers telehealth services as well as in-person visits.
Laura Pace, PA-C, MPAS
Laura Pace joined Pure Dermatology with a wealth of experience. For 10 years, she was a Family Practice Physician Assistant in Salt Lake City, Utah and for the three years prior to joining the Pure Dermatology medical team, she specialized in complex dermatology at the George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Laura completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia, with a BS in Ecology and pursued graduate studies in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Georgia and University of Virginia Health Systems. She later graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at University of Utah in 2007.
Martha Galli, PA-C
Martha Galli joins Pure Dermatology from Mission Dermatology Center in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Ohio, with a BS in Exercise Physiology. She graduated with an MS from Marietta College Physician Assistant Studies program.
Martha specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology.
Pamela Burrows, RN, BSN, CANS
Pamela grew up in Spokane WA and graduated from the University of Washington in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She moved to Portland, OR in 1993 and worked at Oregon Health & Science University in the Pediatric ICU and oncology unit until 1996. From 1997 to 2015, she worked in the OHSU Dotter Interventional Institute where she started the Interventional Vein Specialists Clinic with Dr. John Kaufman and specialized in sclerotherapy. Pam also worked at Bridgeport Vein Center and Facial Aesthetics in Portland, OR from 2008 to 2015, where she specialized in aesthetic treatments, including; sclerotherapy, neurotoxin injections, fillers and laser skin treatments.
Pam enjoys working closely with her patients in order to meet their individual needs and expectations. She describes her work as very artistic and likes to take into account the individuality of each of her clients. Pam is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, Inc.®
Kristen Nelson, MSN, BSN, APRN, CANS
Kristen completed her undergraduate degree at South Dakota State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006 and began practicing in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Rapid City Regional Hospital. In 2012, she completed her Masters of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from South Dakota State University.
She is a Certified Nurse Practitioner that specializes in aesthetic treatments, including; Broad Band Light laser treatment of pigmented and vascular lesions, acne, and skin tightening, non-invasive fat reduction with Coolsculpting, neurotoxin injections, Ultherapy, Microneedling and some general dermatology. Kristen is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Dermatology Nurses Association, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, Inc.® Kristen has always had a heart for helping and this shows in all areas of her life. She loves being able to connect to her patients and support the beauty that lies within all of us.
Wendy Peters, CLOA
Wendy Peters brings 17 years of hands-on skincare experience to Pure Dermatology. For the past 11 years she has enjoyed working closely with the Pure Dermatology Team of Providers and genuinely loves helping patients achieve their skincare and aesthetic goals. Wendy is a Certified Aesthetic Laser Operator and Licensed Aesthetician as well as member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, Inc. Wendy received her Broadband Light education and training with Sciton in Los Angeles, California as well as completed the Elevation Mastery course with Lumenis for the Splendor X laser platform.
Under the direction of Teresa Mann, M.D. and Ashley Culver, M.D., Wendy specializes in the treatment of acne-prone skin with acne surgery and Forever Clear Broadband Light Therapy, photodamaged and rosacea-prone skin with Forever Young Broadband Light Therapy, vascular lesion treatment with the 1064 Nd: YAG laser as well as permanent hair reduction utilizing the best-in-class Lumenis Splendor X laser platform with 755 nm Alexandrite and 1064 nm YAG wavelengths. Wendy also enjoys helping patients achieve their skincare goals through superficial and medium depth chemical peels and dermaplaning.
